Refund Policy

As a buyer, we want to make sure you are happy with every purchase you make on S3ART Store but we recognize that occasionally there can be complications. We have you covered.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. This is what the policy covers:

  • Faulty products.
  • Products that do not work as advertised.
  • Accidental purchase (products that have been downloaded and bulk orders are not covered by the policy).

There are two types of products that are now, or may in the future be, available for purchase through the Store, i.e.: Digital Products and Merch Products. On the other hand Associate Products are products that are sold by third-party sellers and are not covered by the refund policy.

1. Digital Products

Digital Products are products such as videos, software tools, stock assets and other electronic products. After you have completed a transaction for a Digital Product, we will make a copy of the product available to you according to the license terms.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a refund. However, please note that this policy only applies if the product has not been downloaded or accessed by the customer. Also this policy does not cover issues or claims related to products that were ordered in bulk. Exceptions and conditions may apply, please refer to the specific product's terms and conditions for more information.

Initiate a Refund for a Digital Product

To initiate a refund for a digital product, please reach out to us at info@s3artstore.com. If your return or exchange meets the necessary criteria, we will provide you with a refund authorization and further instructions on how to proceed.

For any inquiries regarding returns or exchanges, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Refunds

Upon receiving and studding your case, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process and reflect it in your account.

 

2. Merch Products

Merch Products are print-on-demand products such as art prints, apparel and other merchandise onto which the applicable content is printed. After you have completed a transaction for a Merch Product, we or our suppliers will complete the manufacturing process and ship the product to you when it is ready. We will endeavor to ship the product within any estimates provided on the Site, but we will not be responsible for late deliveries.

If you are not satisfied with your Merch Product for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Initiate a Refund for a Merch Product

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@s3artstore.com. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us and we will do our best to help you. If the desired product is not available, you will be offered a refund instead.

You can always contact us for any return or exchange questions.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us and we will do our best to help you. If the desired product is not available, you will be offered a refund instead.

3. Associate Products

Associate Products are products that are sold by third-party sellers outside of S3ART Store. These products are not sold, managed, or fulfilled by S3ART Store, and we have no control over their quality, availability, or pricing.

Therefore, we are not responsible in any way for any malfunction, defect, or refund for these products. If you want to get assisted or refunded, you have to talk directly to the seller.

Notification for EU consumers:

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore S3ART reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
